Housekeeping lets you keep track of your home maintenance, repairs and refurbishments. You can keep track of multiple properties and log each repair as well as keeping track of documents such as bills and images. You can also log future repairs or inspections. The first step is to create a property, which you can give a name such as the street name of the property. Then you can create rooms for the property, by selecting from a room types such as bedroom, living room, etc. Then within each room you can log repair entries and upload documents pertaining to each logged entry. Then you have a full log of each house repair so you know when you should consider future repairs and what has been done in the past, as well as having a full record of repairs for if and when you sell your house. This also works for apartments and summer houses. And you can also keep track of other properties, which are categorised under "other" in properties and do not contain rooms. There you can keep track of repairs for other types of objects.
